*sorry about taking so long to update about this, but my fecking internet has mooched off somewhere and has been on and off for the past week! X.X*

Finally I can tell j00 guys about all the stuffy-stuff that's happened since Friday ;D

So *ahem* yes, you did read the title right, I finally was allowed to go to an anime con... whoopeee! XD Hehe... I went to the one in London the the 24th October (the Saturday). It was my first anime con... and let me say it was amaaaazzinggg! I had been wanting to go since may, and my parents finally caved! I obviously had to go with "parental supervision" a.k.a. "mooching off and leaving the kids behind to go stare at some hunks in storm trooper outfits" ok... so maybe not exactly that, but my friends and I basically went around alone anyway, because parents being parents didn't want to "cramp out style" and were off somewhere by themselves.

Unfortunately, I am so unbelievably unprivileged that I don't have my own camera, so my mum had hers and was taking pictures willy-nilly (without asking if she could) around the con while my friends and I were having our portaits done... and buying Naruto plushies... (Gaara's so cute in plushie-form XD... just so you know... I am NOT a plushophile. >C)

I really loved walking around and saying "LIEK OMG IT'S NARUTO/GAARA/SASUKE (etc)!! HE DOES EXIST! HE IS REAL!" The costumes were amazing, and one of my friends got to hug the Pervy Sage! There as this one guy that looked exactly like Choji too... serious likeness! Oh, and NO FREE HUGS! sheesh...

There were loads of people walking around, giving free hugs, but, I still hold on to the "don't talk to strangers" 11th commandment, so I decided not to hug anybody... and eventually I had a whole crowd following me saying "Share the love! Come on! Share the luuurve!" Icky. They kind of freaked me out a bit... I guess I'm just not a hug-ish person, especially not with strangers.

So, yeah... five minutes from closing time, and I still hadn't bought anything! (apart from a commission from an artist, but, y'know...) So, I quickly ran up to some of the necklace stalls and picked out some replica necklaces from the anime NANA (really good anime by the way). It's the necklace that one of the main characters and her boyfriend have. The pad lock and key ones? You know what I'm talking about? Ah, well...

Oh, and about not drawing much... hehe.. sorry about that, school's kind-of got ahead of me really TT_TT I've been getting more and more homework by the minute. And I've just discovered fanfiction.net where I've been writing a story non-stop since Saturday... looks like I'll never get that Halloween picture done! (oh yars, I have been preparing something!)
